We currently have a 2 day handling time.

✔ Any items for sale can be combine posted, simply add the items to your cart and complete payment

✔ Items are securely packed with bubble wrap and packing peanuts

✔ Shipped via Australia Post

✔ Express and standard delivery options are available at checkout and are calculated based on your location

✔ Estimated shipping times are provided to us by Australia Post

Your order is packed the way we’d want to receive it ourselves.

In the event that you receive a defective item or you do not receive the item within a reasonable time frame please contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue:

1. If the item received is defective, once we receive a photo of the damages, we will send you a refund.

2. If Australia Post loses the parcel while in transit, we will refund you as soon as possible and subsequently pursue a compensation claim with Australia Post without need for any intervention on the buyer's behalf

3. For any other issues please contact us and we will be more than happy to work through potential solutions with you.

If you have received a defective item or have not received your order please refer to "Customer Care" (we are more than happy to provide a refund for these scenarios):

Below is our return policy:

1. Unless the item is of high value, generally we do not require customers to return items that are defective. If however the customer agrees to returning the item(s), the customer is initially responsible for covering return postage fees. Once we receive the item we will cover the return postage fees

2. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to initiate a return

3. We do not have a "change of mind" policy
